Waffles

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
  3. Whisk eggs, butter, and milk together in another bowl.
  4. 6 large eggs, well beaten
    1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
    3 cups milk
  5. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Gently whisk them together with a few swift stokes. (The batter should have a pebbled look, similar to a muffin batter).
