1 package (1-1.5 lbs sweet Italian sausage, removed from casing)
1 yellow onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 48 oz cans chicken broth (or fill with 96 oz water and 10-12 bouillion cubes)
1 lb carrots, peeled and coined
1 can white cannellini beans
1 bag of kale
salt & pepper to taste
Noodles or Rice cooked separately (optional) Dutch Oven (or regular pot)
Brown sweet italian suasage in a dutch oven (or pot) on medium high heat with olive oil.

Add onion and garlic to pot with sausage and cook 3-4 mins

Add Chicken broth, carrots, beans, and seasoning to Dutch Oven (or regular pot)
2 48 oz cans chicken broth (or fill with 96 oz water and 10-12 bouillion cubes)
1 lb carrots, peeled and coined
1 can white cannellini beans
salt & pepper to taste
Cook noodle or rice separately (optional)
Noodles or Rice cooked separately (optional)
Cook soup until carrots are softened to your liking. Optionally, add carrots after soup has cooked and reduced a bit.
