- 2 ½ ounces gin
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters (optional)
- Garnish depends on the gin or mood:
- Hendricks: cucumber
- London dry gin, such as Beefeater: olive, lemon
- Been using Tomolives (pickled
tomato) as of late. Don't knock it until you try it.
- Add gin, dry vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish as you see fit.
