French Toast

  1. Beat together egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl
  2. 4 eggs
    1 ⅓ cup milk
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  3. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in buttered pan on medium heat, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
